While this is an available option, it is not one we would recommend. Civic Mechanical installs contractor grade fixtures and these items are of a higher grade construction resulting in a more durable product that will outlast the competitors. Civic Mechanical can also coordinate appointments between a client and one of our supplier’s showrooms in order to further showcase our preferred products.

A Design-Build is one where the company directly involved in creating the design, is then employed to complete construction of the project. This gives clients great flexibility as it ensures all the needs of the client are assessed during the design phase of the project.

As a standard, Civic will handle any possible Plumbing or Gas permits that may be required as part of a project. As for any other permits, the best option is to head to your local municipalities website and search “Permits”. Often they will have criteria for when certain permits are required for specific projects, as well as Frequently Asked Questions.

The maintenance schedule will vary between the different pieces of equipment available within your home and can include items such as Boilers, Hot Water Tanks, Tankless Water Heaters, Unit Heaters etc. Items such as Hot Water Tanks only require minimal maintenance such as flushing the tank once per year, but items like Boilers can require a more rigorous schedule to ensure your equipment is working at its highest capacity.
